Illia drops off a corpse

Illia walks into the barracks, pulling a corpse out of a bag, Jall and Zaed behind her. "This idiot, called himself Gabriel, set off a bomb in the Bazaar. He's probably an anarchist, but we managed to kill him. What do you wanna do with him?"

Upon close enough inspection (I think the DC was 42?), the body would be revealed to be Raphael.

Ea'ral later in the day pops by regarding the situation, stating it was him that delivered the killing blow and will submit a written report or whatever if asked to.

Zaed signed the man over to the Harmonium, so for the time being Raphael is in a holding cell. He himself would stay available for questioning.
While doing so he details to the officer on duty that there was a note and a bunch of fire bombs on him. He didn't exactly see the note himself but has brought up that Lethyaia had mentioned that some woman had put him up to setting off the bombs at the bazaar over love. It was signed with a kiss. He then Mentioned that Illia and Jall went with Lethyaia to look into the woman who might have wrote the note.

*Mathias wanders in and looks around at all the people standing around poking the dead body with a frown*
"What's all this then? Notary Hodgins, can you get this body to the infirmary? Get him raised if he hasn't been penned so we can prosecute him."
*with that, Mathias takes out pad and pen, getting their full names, statements (as detailed as they can remember) and signatures. He also asks each if they would be willing to appear in a court of law if needed*
*To Ea'raldor*

Citizen's arrests are perfectly legal and you should all be fine, but this is one of d'Kridis's little lackeys, so if it hits a courtroom it's all go to hell most likely."

Zaed restates what he had written in the report as well as adds the following.
"I myself will report to court if needed. As for what all exactly happened. My name is Zaed Nahalis"
He then appears deep in though for a moment as he searches for the words that need to be said.
"I was standing outside of Khazeets Tavern talking to Alista before she left. Ea'raldor Illia were there as well, in fact we both got acquainted there at that time. We were talking and I didn't pay it much mind at first, but the suspect had been fiddling around at the bench, and with bob the gelatinous cube. We then talked some more, then the explosion happened after the man started fiddling around with what we found out were flame bombs. Jall got grazed by the blast, and her and Ea'raldor soon followed suit, Ea'raldor stunning him momentarily while Jall, Illia and myself got to him and cornered him. Ea'raldor came over as well. After some talking, Raphael had attempted to elude everyone. Jall managed to keep track of him and followed along with Illia. Ea'raldor and myself lost track of what had happened in the confusion and split up in order to cover more ground. By the time I found everyone again, Raphael lay unconscious/dead ((was never made clear)). We then took him to the Harmonium Barracks in order to turn him in."
"While in the barracks we attempted to discern the mans identity and why he did what he did. The name we found originally was Gabriel, and the man still had plenty of fire bombs on his person. The name and appearance however was just a Disguise, as Jall discovered. A note was found, but as I wrote, I didn't read it myself, but I overheard something about Raphael falling for women, could have been potentially charmed, and that the letter was signed with a kiss. Then everyone present except for myself left to look into things while I myself guarded the body. They then returned and I filled out the paperwork to submit Raphael to be held."
While giving the information, Zaed had remained calm, detailing as much as he could remember. He then added at the end.
"People may believe that the man was charmed and thus did the act against his will and thus has no responsibility for the act, I still say he still has some degree of responsibility for getting manipulated/charmed into it in the first place. Some people may disagree with imprisonment, but I say if he really is innocent of it, at least holding on to him will keep him out of trouble while an investigation gets conducted, if one actually happens. Order needs to be maintained. Also, if an Investigation is to be performed, I humbly ask to take part in it."
He then signs off on his statement and awaits further instruction, keeping an eye on events as they unfold while people give their statements.

Ea'ral sighed at Mathias' words.
"If I get sued for assault I swear I'm going to have to... prosecute this guy myself! Uh, anyways...
I'm pretty much in accordance with the rest here, the guy was doing something at the bench, later a strange explosion happened, in Bob, after which the bench duly exploded to, briefly scorching Jall. I responded with the least damaging, sure fire spell, Bigbys forceful hand. After we all stood around the man, me, Illia, Zaed and Jall, we started talking to figure out who he was. The second my spell ran out he dissapeared, definately hiding because I had a ward to see the invisible up at the time. Jall used a couple of wands then ran after him, Illia used a haste spell and followed up just as quickly.
As Zaed said, we split up outside the Gymnasium as we were unsure which direction they went. I later found all three of them (suspect included) outside the sewer grate entrance to Undersigil, perhaps trying to escape there? Anyway, he was being held by Jall and begging to be let go. As Jall mentioned using another bigbys, the man screamed and dissapeared again. So with no other option than potentially letting a dangerous arsonist go, I saturated the area with prismatic sprays... the man promptly died and his body was recovered.
After that I went for a drink. I think the list of witnesses ranges from all the merchants who are usually out that day, us lot at the barracks... I believe there was two others behind the wall at the bar who may have also heard the explosion? All in all, I attempted restraining spells first and violence was a very last resort. I do hope this helps your investigation as to ascertaining the guys true motives for... randomly bombing the place.
