((Just clear some things:
Leth made successfull and very high bluff skill, and such everything she stated were absolutly beyond doubt. She collects book not means can read them, plus she had stated the books were for a collector client.
You can see her as a not reliable person but make her such way suspicious, to me seems a bit of strange and not too correct.
Other role was made for the scene, sleight of hand, and all of you failed spot her doings, which means the notebook came from Raph, no clue about anything else, not even the slightest doubt about it.
I must protest against the negative judification about her person by your char.)

\\Bluff isn't an all powerful skill. You can't stab someone in front of a crowd of people and then roll a 70+ bluff and tell people they didn't just see that, for example. Illia's a bit paranoid, and knows enough about Raphael to know that he isn't beyond setting off a bomb. She finds Leth's showing up out of nowhere, insisting they caught the wrong guy, and her personally finding all the evidence to be suspicious. Most of what Illia said was pure conjecture based on her own analysis of the situation, and she never said that Leth was absolutely guilty, just suspicious. I'm not ignoring your rolls, per se, because Illia knows what she saw. Now, the Sleight of Hand roll, I am in no way ignoring. I never said that Leth placed the note on there, but that Leth was the one who found both notes (Because after you pick pocketed the note from him, you later went back down to find the note again), which for someone to come out of no where, who had no involvement, and find all this stuff is suspicious. Try not to take it as a personal attack against you, this is just how Illia saw the whole situation. And she doesn't know why Leth collects books, just that she does. She assumes Leth buying books means that she reads.

((Agree between yourselves if you can. WoF is correct about massive scores do not let you get away with anything you want. For example, people hiding in plain sight in the middle of a brightly lit area with no cover and then claiming they can because they made the roll, its just stupid. Same goes for any skill, use them sensibly, not mechanically.
I'll give time for those involved to read, then will delete the OOC posts))

((Alright. The bluff skill wasn't about Raph or the case but about ability of reading. As a very personal trait it's impossible say who can read or not for real, by nature it's doubtfull, added the role you will be probably absolute sure about the lack of that skill.
Add the fact of rp and background, particulary the one shared with Jall in your presence about her childhood as slave on a ship I guess I can please you change some way the thoughts on her based both on RP and roll made, which helps change doubt about facts to convincement.
That makes a lot of change about suspicions and judgement.
Everyone is paranoid, I know it already well.
But for a char, rp-d agent, avoid suspicion is crucial.
I can do nothin' but hold the protest and ask you change judgement RP based.
I won't take as personal offense if not happens, I will be only a bit delused, cause it would mean the failure of my own RP.))

((Hmm? Oh, forgot about some of that. Alright, I'll fix the part about her being able to read and such, then, though Illia's going to hold a healthy amount of paranoia to her witness report.
AA EDIT: OOC Markers added))

((First of all, thank you!
Second, I'm really sorry about saying what or how to think, usualy I never would do it, but in the light of the aboves, I guess that part need some fix too:

If you are convinced that she can't write, plus never used lipstick (not sure you knowed that as player, why should...) I find that accusation a bit tough.))wrote:There's a chance that the note she found was genuine, but if that's the case then there's a chance Leth was the one who set Raph up to this; which if such is true, then by her own standards, she should be locked up, as she claimed that Raph was innocent and the one who set him up was the guilty party...

Well as for what has been mentioned so far...
The slight of hand check I worked with. Leth did "Find" The notebook after all, and Zaed didn't get a chance to read it.
Zaed himself would have had no suspicion it was Raph at all, He assumed it was the "Gabriel" That had have been caught and I RPed it as such. ((Doesn't mean ICly I am going to stop everyone else from examining further)), so the disguise worked, until we all. deduced that it was Raph, by unzipping the 'skin'.

Jall saw through the disguise actually, and told us he looked like Raph.DemonAbyss10,Mar 6 2012 wrote: Well as for what has been mentioned so far...
