Amaku Yamikaze, the Mover of the Fast Response Force sends a letter to her superior Conductor Sarin with the following inside:

"Conductor
It has risen to my attention that the E-NOW project has created a great deal of tension in the Hive Ward. Our lads have always had the hardest time controlling that area but the situation is stirred on by the S.I.G.I.S reporter Oerianna Vaas.

I reckon we should find this lass and shut her down, while equally keeping the E-NOW folks contained so that neither side can continue to provoke the other.

This situation is escalating into a riot, and if the reports I hear are true, Oerianna Vaas is provoking it as a member of the Cartell or Consortium.

I cannae confirm if that part is true, but it is clear the lass is being extremely provocative, which wont help this fire die down.

Before he left, Cratten asked me when I first joined the Harmonium, can you put down a riot in the Hive if it need come to that. I believe sir, it has come to just that.

I would request a detachment of 500 men be sent to the E-NOW headquaters to barricade the area from any potential rioteers and quarenteen it to prevent further problems.

The E-NOW sods will be forced to shut down operations during this point while the Hive Public will forced back to prevent further danger to their personel.

We force the sods out of the Hive for the time being and give them shelter at the Ladies where we have strongest influence. That way t'fires cant start and the riots wont either.

As for Oerianna Vaas.

We gotta capture her at least, this whole mess is being egged on by that mad reporter and shes certainly doing a grand job of pissing off the good sods of the cage.

Sir, I cannot stress how important this situation is for us. If we loose the respect of the hive, we will loose an entire quater of the cage. It will be more than a minor setback, it will be a collosal loss.

We cant let that happen sir, for grey ethics to continue as they are, we have to act, now, before the fire can continue to burn."

A response comes from Mover 5 Bolden Taff.

"Mover Yamikaze,

While the events in the Hive are of concern, we find your request for 500 troops to be assigned is excessive. Peace at any cost - yes, but efficient use of resources available should also be considered.

Also you overstate the situation. Lose an quarter of the Cage? Because of a local squabble? Ridiculous! This comment will be noted on your service record.

We will deploy 10 squads comprised of 10 officers that will be stationed at key points in and around the Hive Ward in the areas where the troubles are occurring. No special defence or offence will be taken, we will only act to quell troubles. We are not here to protect special interest groups, we are here to ensure the peace is applied equally to all.

Please also note that while you are involved, these special units will be under my direct command. You may commission their aid in response to a direct threat, but you have no right to order their disposition or change their orders. They are to be a peacekeeping force only unless i deem this should change.
