Covert Operation

Dear Movers:
I have undergone a series of investigations to uncover a group of rogue doomguard and im currently working with one of the sinkers in order to get the matter handled personally.
I request, with due respect that no direct military intervention be taken immediatley as it might endanger the operation security. For now I will continue to work covertly in the persuit of finding answers.
In the meantime we have arrested one of the rogues, by the name Edward Swiftslice. He was working for a cult devoted to discetion for profit on live individuals kidnapped in the city.
His work and equipment were left behind in his appartment 2a in the Hive Ward. Ive left the Investigators information on where to find it and what to look for. I made sure at least one Notary would find their way to overlook the entrance while the investigators looked over the building.
The man should be available for interrogation if necessary, however for now I request humbly that any information be turned to me secretly by a disguised runner. I cant be seen directly involved with the Harmonium as the Sinker in question is subject to an arrest, eventually.
For now, shes still useful to us as an informat, ill make all this clear when im done with this investigation.

Notary Kour Update:
Thanks to the efforts of a few brave souls, I have apprihended the second of the four named individuals listed on the Bleaker Chart. One of them has also agreed to turn in evidence and testify as a witness against their former colleagues in return for freedom. That too has been arranged as an amnesty pass.
I have learned that a creature known as a World Eater has been used to extract raw void essense to create a terrible material. This is the same material I made the mistake of dipping my hand inside once before.
I thank Heironus I didnt leave it inside longer or I wouldt have a hand to fight with. Theres alot more I can elaborate on but for the time being I need to investigate further. Measure Xavier Has been helping me deal with the matter. Thanks to his help we caught several of these criminals and know the location of their main splicing operations.
We are moving to shut those down as we speak, now we need to handle other matters. I believe this investigation is drawing to a close soon, when it has, ill explain everything.

Notary Kour, third log to report my final one most likley before the concluding full story of this case:
Regrettably, Measure One Xavier turned out to be one of the collaborators of the enemy, using me in an attempt to get close to them. He endangered the life of a fellow Harmonium and as a result, I have placed him under formal arrest. The Measure threw his badge to the floor in shame. He went cooperaativley for his crimes.
Now I am planning to visit the Bleak Cabal Headquaters to perminently shut down the operations of the cult of shattered moon and star. I call them a cult because no organisation dissects living beings for profit, or extracts and smuggles void essenses for good intentions. They're also hardly known enough to be a true organisation with no long-term complex plan.
Further more, I learned Trixy, or silence was infact a double agent, a Doppleganger private investigator simply calling itself "It".
Trixy was its double agent name. It had intentionally played one side against the other under the Alias "Silence". However, "It" assures me that they will continue to be of aid untill the end.
Now I will end this occultic madness and stop them from summoning a potentially dangerous being into the city. Though I doubt her serenity would approve of such a creature, I am more concerned about the civilians that would be slaughtered in her wrath should such a being be unleashed.
There is a saying I was once told by a good man who raised me... prevention is better than reaction. I have uncovered as much as I can regarding this case and I believe this is the last piece of its non-planar puzzle.
As a final note, I would like to recommend all the brave souls that have helped me this far, whos names I cannot all remember. But for those that I do, I will list them here in hopes of a Harmonium thanks from officals, without brave citizens to fight by our side order can never be restored.
For those I can remember are the following:
Plumpy Earth (Sakadu Goldherro), for helping take down Edward Swiftslice. Also for helping interupt and detain several criminals.
Tala bint-Hakim, for helping take down Edward Swiftslice.
(I also recalled a third member, I saw a woman using otherworldly magics helping us, but I cant remember her name or if she ever gave one. *A Description of Kallenora Moss is given*)
Fargul Bernadotte, for helping interupt and detain several criminals.
(I recall several more mercinaries, their descriptions are as follows: *The Entry describes Dom, Ramiel, Owen Belmont*)
All of those involved with saving me from the cult after I was briefly captured, whom a few names spring to mind: Earl, Shale, Jaina, Arball, Darremar, Alista and several others id like to thank for saving my life. I donated in their names a large sum of my inital jink to the orphanage.
(*Other descriptions include Nyrralah, Arguile and an Orc whos description was vivid, she only recalls him charging the cultists*)
Finally, Chiriu of the Twilight, Phantom and Alista for observing and agreeing to help finish this mission by joining me in the Bleak Cabal headquaters investigation.
To all of these people I give my heartfelt thanks, I hope my superiours take note of this when they read these entries and make certain to accomidate all known parties.
As to myself, I have to make prepairations with the last three names mentioned, along with the few others they may bring in order to solve this matter.
