Greetings Officers,
While in the Bazaar in part on watch, there was an Imp by the name of Yaz'loz who claimed to be a part of the Takers and looking to tax the members of the bazaar, merchantile or otherwise. Taxing of businesses was done without proper procedure or protocol, as he seemed to lack full authority or even an escort in doing so, but his badge and identification did seem legitimate. Nevertheless, due to attempted taxing without following proper procedure, and harassing Bazaar Citizens and Merchants in the process including one miss Neli Meor, I arrested and brought him into our care.
I await instructions or shall proceed on duty as normal.
