Refusal of Taxes and assault of a city official.

Ven walks into the harmonium barracks, carrying his tome of infinite folders, seemingly stuffed to the brim with documents of sorts.

He walks up to the desk and pulls out a few documents. "Aye I would be reporting a crime, refusal to pay taxes and assault of a fated official."

He fills out the requisite forms, for handing over evidence, being sure to make copies for himself of not just the forms but everything he hands over. The documents would detail the following. ((Ignore the name william strauss, Ven doesn't know his name ICly))

William Strauss: [Talk] *rolls another smoke, lights it off his dying smoke and then flicks that one away... continuing the chain*
Ven: [Talk] *starts writing*
Yaz'Loz: [Talk] Hello Sir. i would Request you take  a step within the Bar .. or be fined a Ten jink Tax for loitering. and another for public drug use
William Strauss: [Talk] Pike off... *smokes*
William Strauss: [Talk] I said... Pike off...
Yaz'Loz: [Talk] we wouldent want the harmonium to  make you a nice room Within  bars would you?
William Strauss: [Talk] You wouldn't want me ti rip your wings off and make you walk home... would you?
Yaz'Loz: [Talk] hmmm public threat is another Twentie Jink tax sir

Ven: [Talk] *overhears, turning a page to a notes section and just starts jotting down such*
Yaz'Loz: [Talk] aswell as Threatening an official.. which would bring it up to Sixty jink
Ven : [Tell]  He is so making himself out to be an <<sugar cookie>> of a guvner XD
Ven : [Tell]  Best way to keep your cover, act your part out well.
Yaz'Loz: [Talk] i could also add the charge of  littering with your spit before.. and possible Spread of disease within such spit
Yaz'Loz: [Talk] which would add up to a hundred jink total in tax
William Strauss: [Talk] Good nuff *Hands over a few coins... then attempts to grab the creature and pin it to the top off the wall as they're being recieved*

Yaz'Loz: [Talk] good.. one that can be Filed Away  and handed to the proper men
Ven: [Whisper]  You are in good hands, and I think I am going to suggest a new law, "Upon assaulting an official, dismemberment/removal of the offending limb or limbs."
Yaz'Loz: [Talk] Do add that the charge of Tax he would Receive is  a thousand jink
Ven: [Whisper]  Aye.
Ven: [Whisper]  Get a name?
Yaz'Loz: [Whisper]  no but i am a Decent Artist and i know somebody at the office and identify him

He would also produce the drawing of William Strauss that Yaz had made and handed over to him.
