I am Notary Kour of the Harmonium, with news and guidance that will help the Harmonium bring down the D'Kridis Cartel from an annonymous tip off. The Tip off requested only that their name not be recorded and that they be given the highest amnesty for their aid in bringing down this criminal.
I would like to honour their request by in turn, requesting amnesty papers to be sent from your faction straight to Conductor Sarin himself, so that I might be able to forfil my promise to the tipper.
In return they have promised to provide a detailed map of all the secret tunnel networks and traps, disarmed for our convinence so that our men can safley travel through the tunnel networks of Undersigil and find all the contraband stolen from the D'Kridis secret hideouts.
Finally, I ask personally that this Annonymous source be given our full military and civlian protection for the course of this personal engagement.
