A short note is dropped off at the barracks front desk by a local urchin paid a few jink for their trouble.

"A hooded man running a merchant stall this cycle was speaking very openly, and at great length about a being known as a qliphoth, and rattling his bonebox about the Mazes, when they came to be, and how they might be connected to this critter. Sounded like dangerous talk, being that it touched on the Lady's methods and tools, the sort that could get a sod flayed or Mazed unless corrected. In case you have difficulty locating this addlecove, he spoke of publishing a book on either this qliphoth or the Mazes or both, so its not like he's keeping himself dark.

A memo is spread around the barracks for everyone to be on the lookout for persons speaking dangerously. While many of the restrictions on speech about the Lady and her business were waved due to the war (and the Lady's direct command that the factions deal with the "problem" of the Crimson Dawn), the war is over. It is best not to tempt HER wrath. Any offenders who are heard speak overmuch in public of the Lady, her motives, her powers, or the god who must not be named should be ordered to cease and desist immediately.

Repeat offenders should be arrested.

It is emphasized that this is for the safety of everyone in Sigil.
