A poet by the name of Kenon was observed scattering pillows across the bazaar, in an unusual pattern, with writing on them, related to his poetry. He was not apprehended at the time, due to the lack of people within the bazaar, and the lack of any real harm being dealt. When questioned, he explained it as an expression of his art. Worth keeping a close eye on him, in the case that his apparent insanity and chaotic faith lead to more harmful events, or disruption of the city's peace and order.

Namer Wenen is encouraged to keep a close eye on this Kenon in future, since he sounds like an agent of chaos. As she may be aware, the city recently suffered a great number of anarchist attacks, encouraged by the enemy Crimson Dawn agents. While the Crimson Dawn has been dealt with, it is imperative that anyone out patrolling the streets be on the watch for chaotic forces, and apprehend them the moment they step over the line of the law.

While many of the regulations concerning speach that may offend The Lady were waved because of the needs of the war, the war is now over, and it would be best if citizens not cross the line and make her angry. If Namer Wenen sees or hears any overly explicit talk of the Lady, the god of portals, or the Mazes, she should issue a warning to the offender immediately. Repeat offenders should be arrested.
