Namer Reina would've been seen late last cycle wandering the streets with an unconscious female over her shoulder.

After an hour or so of such, she'd deliver the person to the barracks, stating that the woman in question was a known Rev and had committed assault with intent to seriously injure or kill. She'd advise for an interrogation of sorts to see if any information regarding the Revolutionary League could be coaxed out of her, noting that her criminal companions seemed to be drug addicts and that such could potentially be used to their advantage to secure a deal of some kind.

Reina would also state that she was personally investigating into the Anarchist group so that it might be neutralized one way or another.

Reina would send along an update to her superiors that read;

"A joint investigation between myself and a Mercykiller by the name of 'Rune' has bore fruit as to the hideouts of an Anarchist Cell Leader known as 'Dex'. To obtain the information of his whereabouts, a triad-enforced agreement was made with a merchant within Sigil, tag 'Dorin'. The agreement states that Dorin may have first selection over goods in Dex's possession to balance the merchant's unpaid investment debts, so long as none of those goods are illegal, in exchange for the locations of Dex's facilities and shelters.

A plan is in the works to infiltrate every hideout and pain house at once so that there can be no time or space for Dex to retreat elsewhere."

Reina would write up a report that an extremely powerful fiend-influenced human was out on the loose in the Hive, under the tag of "Dex". He would be described as a light-skinned human male with short hair and slight beard, favoring a greatsword. However, that form may not persist for long.

Regardless, Harmonium Patrols would be advised to not engage on their own and call for back-up at the first sighting.

Additionally, she would advise that the mentioned painhouses be raided with the sanctioned help of the Mercykillers, with each faction taking half of the locations by storm each, all at the same time. That way the Harmonium's forces wouldn't be quite so taxed, and the two factional forces with their varying leaderships and tactics would not clash. The simultaneous assault would be extremely important as the enemy is known to have extremely well developed networks of communication through magical means.
