The Doomguard Corven walked into the barracks with an official report, in full regalia of his armor and Doomstroyer Kawl, submitting the following report
Seeking to report for an arrest on the following individual: A man wielding a quarterstaff that entered the Armory this day covering a weapon smith's station with multiple dismembered bodyparts - we can only assume this man has been on massive string of murders within the Cage to collect such a grizzly display. This small move towards Entropy has such a minimal impact that this prospective member will just endanger the course of Entropy in the long term and as such we wish to have him found and handled.

Consider sending in the Mercykiller Inquisitors - they have clearly caused the death of multiple sentients and are a threat to just be taken in.

Signed - Corven, Maintainer of the Doomguard
Corven would also offer the name Glimucan as the most likely suspect, and would suggest the Harmonium contact Ely Cromlich or Spragg at the armory for potential further information, as one of them, most likely Spragg, had to speak with the prospective applicant into the Sinkers

The officer at the front desk makes a note of the matter, albeit with a look of slight surprise. He asks if Corven has any specific evidence to suggest that the alleged corpses were of Sigilian citizens, or anything else to validate the accusation of this man being a mass-murder prowling the city proper.

He also asks the Doomguard to clarify that they are asking Harmonium officers to enter the Armory and begin a proper investigation.
I just want to kill monsters and get prizes for it. Is that REALLY so much to ask for?

The kenku would suggest only one Harmonium officer to enter the Armory under supervision for an investigation: Notary Reina, but he would agree to such terms and assist her as he could.

Corven further would point out that the body parts were still bleeding when they arrived at the Armory, in a hadversak of soaked blood - for them to be in a fresh condition outside of a pocket-dimensional space they would begin to rot in a matter of hours without proper steps taken for embalming, since the flesh was opened and exposed.

As such, the remains could only reasonably come from Sigil or from a portal that had a population and city just nearby Sigil. Either way, the parts were too fresh to be 'bought' or otherwise acquired, thus the killer would have to collect them personally and deliver the grizzly ensamble in no less than a single day. The amount would be possible with a rash of killings in the Hive.

The officer makes a few more notes, before passing a slip over to a nearby Namer, who promptly takes it down the hallway.

The officer then turns his attention back to Corven. "We will send our officers over shortly. Thank you for coming forward, Citizen."
