A minor matter in the Square

A very brief report was issued to the barracks on the matter of a resolving dispute.
"Earlier this cycle, a fae and a taker took issue with one another. The fae joked at stealing wares from the taker's stall, to which the taker's guard threatened her. The fae cast a few light spells on their stall in response. The taker dispelled them, and caught a few unwilling citizens in the dispel, as well as casting a darkness spell of some form in an attempt to counteract the light. Both the Taker and the Fae have been or will be fined for a single charge of Unauthorized use of Magic, the dues of which I will personally deposit into our coffers."
