I have the results of the interrogation you asked me to conduct.  The cultist we were bought in was possessed by an abyssal entity predating the Tanar'ri. I managed to separate creature and host. Regrettably the host did not survive the process.

The creature, by the name of Ts'lestherilassacan was bound and used as an assassin by one  Derl Ganthess. It claims that he has fled to Sigil to escape the influence of the powers and is currently involved in a plot to steal religious artifacts from several faiths to start an inter faith war.

After having spoken to our allies amongst the fated I was able to discover that Ganthess' last listed address was 12 White Star Alley in The Lady's Ward.  Whilst in Rigus I would go their in person to make arrests Justicar Charae has made it clear to me that this is the role of the Harmonium within Sigil so I am forwarding the details to you.

As for the creature it remains bound within the prison, it has expressed little desire to escape and in fact seems content bound within a warding circle. I would however suggest moving it to solitary confinement and having those who guard it ward their minds.
