On the subject of Suzume Kaori's arrest.
Sir,
as I was ordered I was able to lead a squad of Mercykillers to infiltrate a meeting of the Anarchists at the Bottle and Jug tavern in the Hive.
Several suspected members of the anarchists were present* and so was the convict, Suzume Kaori**.
While we were unable to follow them through a tunnel connecting the Bottle and Jug with the Weary Spirit Infirmary the Infirmary was sealed off and surrounded by our forces.
While we were able to capture the convict and escort her back to the prison an Anarchist operative*** raised the Hive against our forces, resulting into the deaths of fifteen of our finest**** and many Hivers during our retreat.
I regret the losses of life suffered of both by our valuable soldiers and the innocent people of the Hive who were used as a diversion by the Anarchist in a last desperate act to stop us.
