Factotum Charae,

I hereby ask for your assistance concerning the arrest of the suspected infiltrator so please see the attached copy of the arrest warrant for details.

As I am aware of the sensitivity of this operation I suggest it will be carried out by you and some mercykillers you trust with my own presence just being a matter of protocol and law.
We shall not let slip this one through our fingers because of some formal error but the prison is Mercykiller territory and the Red Death is more than capable to deal with this alone.
