Early in the morning a team of Fraternity administrators ranked from aides through to A8 arrive at the prison. With the clearance of Factor Swan's Son they make there way to the prisons records office where written orders are filed after they are passed and then begin meticulously examining the paperwork that is within. The mercykiller guards who observe them strictly would be a little surprised to notice they don't seem to care about the content of the orders but the seal on each one is examined and compared to a rubbing of a seal the Fraternity team carries. The ones which match it are removed.

Throughout the day, the team recovers a sizable stack of questionable papers. Most are related to rescinding certain bounties on low thugs and thieves. However two catch the eyes of the research team as both are targets of interest. One is a very skilled alchemist named Grickle, that was caught selling vials of explosive to an undercover Harmonium. He was severing his 3rd year in a 15 year sentence and another is a Amadi, a transmutation specialists that hails from the lands of Thay. Both have strong ties with the Anarchist faction and it seems that both also have speculated contacts with Phoenix.

Factor Swan's Son

Having examined the records you have provided it is apparent that the following documents have been created with the forged seals.  As you can see they order the interment of several people and the release of two prisoners.

I would like to suggest that those interned in such away are released after they have signed a injunction preventing them from making any kind of public disclosure to this, after all it is the Anarchists' goal to spread distrust and disorder hence my desire for confidentiality.

Furthermore I would like to question these people if we can understand why the Revolutionary league have gone to such lengths  them imprisoned  then we will understand more of what it is they plan, and why these people are such a threat to it.

Finally I would be remiss if I did not point out the obvious but those two released in this way must be recovered

After making sure that those documents are fake with their own investigation, the Mercykillers correct this mistake swiftly. Those that are tied to the documents are released with no explain and quietly word is spread among the ranks for the immediate capture of those accidentally released
