Interrogation Of Dash And Dace (graphic)

The dark elf tapped her chin, appearing unsure. She glanced around the room for a moment, pondering. Then, with a little reluctance, she nodded. "Give me the location of the seals. If my men find them, then I will pass on to my superiors your proposal. With any luck, we'll both come out with what we want."

Dace shakes his head. "No way, i want a deal first! Then i tell about the other seals"

Dash starts getting a little animated at this point and blurts out "Dace your a traitor"

Charae sighed, muttering. "All right," she said. "Full immunity for the charges on you and your brother. But only if the information is good. You won't be released on faith." Charae smiled. "Now. Tell me the location of the seals and everything else. The way I see it, you are emptying two cells. Capturing the two of you took a great deal of resources. I want those cells filled back up and more to offset the cost of all of this."

"I'll give you half. The other half when i have the right documents" He then goes on to explain the location of 5 seals. Dash however starts thrashing around highly upset.

Charae took note of the seal locations. "Good. Once we recover the seals, we'll prepare the necessary documents." She dropped the set of pliers on the table and strode out of the room. "Return the prisoner to their respective cells," she said to a few Namers standing in the shadows.

Dash and Dace were taken back to their separate cells for the time being. Charae gathered a group of her loyal subordinates and went to investigate the information Dace provided about the seals.

Dace's information was good and Charae entered Swan's Son's office to make her report and turned in the seals. Afterward, she decided to interrogate Dash only and had the prisoner brought back to the torture room. This time, the tiefling was secured to a stretching rack and Charae entered the room, reading the contents of a vanilla folder.

"Your brother has been most cooperative. With any luck, he'll have his pardon once we apprehend the rest that are involved." She smiled, looking at the wench and pulley of the stretching rack. "That leaves you."

Dash says nothing for quite sometime before finally speaking.

"If i get the same deal my brother did, i will tell you where the rest are"

Charae smiled. "A change of heart? Well that's too bad. You see, your brother already offered to tell us where the rest of the seals are, so that means your offer is rather redundant." The dark elf poured herself a cup of water and sipped it, something Dash most likely hasn't had touch his lips in some time. "So how can we fix this?"

"Your bluffing won't work. We still have the rest of the seals. And unless you want the other factions pissy because you didn't want to recover their seals it's on you. But rest easy, in a few days when they are picked up from their location and we get ever deeper into the factions themselves, you can blame yourself when it all starts to burn."

After that he looks away, awaiting a response.

"But I am not bluffing," the dark elf smiled, keeping her calm demeanor. "I believe his exact words were 'I'll give you half. The other half when I have the right documents'." Charae finishing her water and set the cup on the table. "I don't recall him saying you would tell me the rest. So now that we've established you know they'll be picked up, let's talk about other agents of your organization."

Charae wrote a note inside the vanilla folder. The dark elf then poured a little hot wax on the meeting edges of the folded note and stamped her signet ring to make a seal. She then handed the piece of parchment to one of her Namers and turned back to Dash. "And regardless if what you say is true, you won't be alive to see it at the rate you are going. So far, you've proven to be a waste of my time. Now, give me something I can sell to my superiors."
