Escaped!

The branch carrying the Light spell falls down and Asoka sees that the ground is about 8 feet below her. There is water down there and the branch is carried away a few paces before it gets stuck in some trash, the light still illuminating the tunnel.

Back at the prison the wolf snarls down at the incapacitated fugitives while thwo arrows hit the other fleeing man, whatever magic protects him deciding the arrow aimed for his head is the one to be deflected.

The other two arrows hit the man, Sana's piercing his thigh, Raena's hitting his back at the height of his chest, the double impact throwing him to the ground as his body explodes in the energies the arrows were charged with.

Only one remains, dashing into the cover of nearby buildings now, hoping their walls will protect him from the arrows.

Leaning down into the tunnel Asoka hears hasty footsteps splashing through the water to her left- upstream, away from the light.

Seeing that she's leaning in at this point, she simply rolls in, using the edge to align her, before dropping to the floor below. Once inside she quickly moves in the direction of the noise.

Raena looks back at the snarling wolf.

"Guard them."

She gives chase slipping a skull shaped necklace over her head as she runs she lets the items magic take effect her form changing and soon it is not the mercyliller goving chase but a large fiendish wolf.
