The alarm bells become deafening, so much so that those in the Great Hall feel the gentle ripples created by the force of sound manipulating air particles. The aggressive cadence is maddening.
Arthritis Jones shakes his head rapidly.
"Ain't got no moar smokebombs!"
He then whimpers as a crossbow bolt narrowly misses his skull.
Infiltrating The Mortuary

"Then hold your breath. Heard once there's about fifteen minutes of air in these.."
So saying she'd stuff him into an otherwise empty magic bag and make a hasty getaway by scuttling along the walls and ceilings, using her ability to hide in plain sight to try to make a getaway, at least to a point where she could use gaseous form to slip unseen out of a vent.

As Roz makes her exit, spider Dace makes his, quietly scuttling off and keeping out of sight. Overal this may have been a bust, but at least they got the saboteur....

Roz indeed manages to dissipate into her gaseous form shortly after a yelp from Arthritis Jones as he's placed into the container against his will. She manges to seep into a nearby circular vent. Luckily for her, the crematorium in the Mortuary requires an extensive ventilation system throughout the building to ensure that the (mortal) inhabitants do not acquire smoke poisoning. It is also highly likely that the fumes from decaying corpses and various embalming chemicals would be difficult for the recent initiates to stomach were it not for the air ducts.
This is a perfect vantage for Roza- allowing her virtually unhindered and apparently clandestine movement throughout the spider- shaped building.

Roza would take note of the ventilation system (After taking a moment to curse herself for not simply thinking of this first) But would find her attention drawn to the old man with the limited air supply in her pack.
Exiting by means of a chimney or air duct, Roza would make her way to a rooftop a few blocks away, losing herself in the generally chill and smoggy miasma that passes for Sigils atmosphere..there she would,if confident she was unobserved resume solid shape...and take the old man out of the bag before the air ran out.

If Dace wished, he too would have no issue following Roza throughout the Mortuary's ducts and even out of the Mortuary. However he would have to find another way to follow Roza once on the roof of the hemispherical building, as he couldn't drift along the fog in spider form.
Meanwhile, Roza has no difficulty drifting with the fog several blocks Spireward of the Mortuary. Jones clumsily fell out of the extradimensional container, gasping for breath and briefly writhing on the ground. Now, seeing Jones on the ground, crumpled and captured, Roza fully appreciated how old he was - older than he seemed in the Mortuary.
He glanced up at Roza in mild confusion and moderate fearfulness. She could see him "casually" palming a pouch on his intricate belt.

Dace would in fact try to follow, and attempt to find his way out should he come to an impassable area.
Once out, he'd try to rendevouz with Rozalina. As he scuttled up from behind Arthritis, he'd return to his normal form while maintaining the invisibility invocation, pistol in hand, the barrel of which is pressed against the prisoners head at the sight of his hands moving about.
"Don't." he warned, cocking the gun and ready the shot.

Crouching down next to the wizened artificer, Roza would sigh.
" It would be a..shame.. to have to crush your fingers. Please place your hands palm down on the roof, and stop whatever you're trying to do. Also, my friend there WILL pull the trigger..but since the accident his aim is notoriously shaky. Who knows? he may simply paralyze you for life, the rest of which you'll spend trying to signal for help from a rooftop in the Hive..a place hardly known for it's Samaritan spirit.
Now that you've ruined what I was there to learn, you can enlighten me instead. I believe you were going to tell me what exactly you were investigating? Who you are,exactly..who you're affiliated with..and what your interests are here?
Please,speak..and be certain my patience has been exhausted. Attempt some..trickery and my displeasure will be disfiguring. Oh,and be specific. You may have all night to spend dithering, but we do not."

He grumbled a bit as he followed instructions and placed his hand away from his body, up over his head slowly without any jerky movements.
"Not much pecifics, but I been casing th' joint fer several turns now an' each night there been moar an' moar deaders been comin in with lil marks on th' back o' their necks. Jones, wiped his nose with the sleeve of his shirt near his armpit and continued

"I...need a drawing of this symbol...then you can go."
And once he supplied it,Roza would ensure her face mask was still in place, give Dace a nod,and she'd heft Arthritis Jones and bring him down to street level before she'd take off.
