Requisition forms are filed in triplicate for building supply's, Armed forces, temporary holding and housing within the city and a large collection of weapons and armor.

In addition members from the triad are brought from off world outposts and home fields into the city and setup in temporary accommodation. Measure One Nica Brianna Kelter studies the message within the Harmoniums internal message board. Mulling over it for a while. The measure had never been a big supporter of planar expansion as much as consolidating the Harmoniums position within the existing positions. Regardless, the bitter change in Sigil has deemed her inclined to take distance to the citys, in her opinion, self-defeating and downright destructive policies. And it's no great secret she viewed Harmonium more important than the allied factions... but if there is going to come a new outpost, it better gain a solid foundation through unrelenting dedication and hardwork.

Eventually she signed up.

Dace reviewed the vague notice. Though it was a matter that sounded much like the multiple projects pitched over the years, something about this particular one filled him with uncertainty. None the the less, he endeavored to discuss the matter with his Factor and Justicar colleagues, attempting to learn more of the specifics with this projects.

The red death announces Factor Misran Adams as the head of the Mercykiller side of things, Misran earned his promotion to Factor due to his exemplary capabilities in locating Revolutionary league cells. Misran has dedicated him self to bringing the fey responsible for last years assault to justice, Feared or respected? It is often hard to tell but one thing is for sure he will get the job done.
