A slim and tall grown Woman with the simple clothing of a poor servant and a golden chain that goes from one earring to the nose enters the office.
"Excuse me?" she asks
"I am here to sign up my employer. I am her trusted servant. My name is Liana and my employer told me to introduce her to you. She will come in, if you agree to have a talk with her. She is a specialist in martial arts and knows several ruses to stun and cripple an enemy secretly."

Sign up by proxy is not permitted. Your employer must come in person. To be honest, this does not speak very well for their commitment to their ideals if they cannot be bothered to come in person, unless there is a very good reason for it?

"I see. Let me assure you, my employer just entered Sigil a short time ago and is unsure about the Structures of this City, but she is very honest and lawful. She is interested in law-enforcement and she was a headhunter for money before.
She was a freelancer on different planes, but she always assured herself, that her targets are really guilty.
She decided to sign up, because she wants to be sure that she is in the correct law-enforcing faction here, because her monk disciplines demand from her that she only hunts those, who break the law. Call it caution, that prevented her from coming here by herself and it is caution that keeps her alive in her job. But i can tell her to come here and sign up by herself then."
a bit of a pride undertone is coming up while she is speaking of the discipline of her employer

With those words he would lead Liana to another officer who would take her for induction and training. Should she pass the training she will be accepted into the ranks of the Mercykillers as a Namer.

Later that day, a woman with black, curly hair and green eyes enter the office. She wears a patch of cloth to cover Mouth and Nose from prying eyes, colored in the same red tone as the rest of her clothing that seems to be suited for fighting while moving and dodging incoming enemies attacks through a great freedom of movement. she wears neither armor nor any weapon, and has a pair of fine, nearly-white-toned leather gloves stuffed under her belt, as she enters. She moves with the grace of a Snake, but she has no mark of possibly being a yuan-ti-pureblood or something other than human.
She steps forward to the officer and nods
"greetings. My servant told me, that your institution only accepts sign-ups when coming in personally. So am i correct here?"
keen eyes and ears would possibly recognize the little similarities between the "servant" and the woman in front of the desk. Still there are only her stunning green eyes and her voice to possibly recognize Liana in her disguise.
