Concerning Ji'li'kai

Factol,

The escaped githyanki by the name of Ji'li'kai was recaptured after a small force of Mercykillers ventured into the Astral Plane.

The named githyanki had been intercepted by a group of his kind known as the Silver Striders while he was being escorted to the Prison. It appears their lich queen wanted him for some nefarious purpose and were adamant on getting him back to their capital.

Justice Undren, Namer Winslow, and Namer Sevdi accompanied me on this one. We took one of our faster vessels to intercept the fleet and had the help of the Vanguard. We were able to intercept a small fleet of githyanki vessel, capturing their lead ship along with Ji'li'kai. The githyanki has since been returned to the prison and the vessel turned over to our development team for study.

Ji'li'kai was found guilty to twenty five counts of murder, assault, and theft. However, he turned himself over willingly to the Triad and seeks asylum from his people. He was taken by his people against his will. Given the circumstance, I would recommend he serve an appropriate prison term and potential rehabilitation once the sentence is completed. He could be an asset to the faction and against the githyanki lich queen in the future.
