Sigil: City of Doors

The Cloaked elf with a Justices Badge Enters the Barracks Leading Two half orcs and a Halfling bound and Gadded through the front doors. She leads them past the main Desk leaving Several Wanted posters on the counter Before sliding the three into a holding Cell to be processed. on her Way out she speaks to the one manning the Desk "Tell Charae, Archer is Back in town if she needs me she knows how to find me.".

She would leave the prison and head off down the Streets not bothering with the price on the Heads

Word of Archer's return reaches Charae during her arrival from her temporary assignment in Acheron. She sends for the assassin to meet her at her office in two days time.
