Charae distributes the following note to all levels throughout the Prison.

Fellow Red Death,

At long last the corruption of the Fated no longer affects our organization. With this news, plans must be made to counter any retaliation the Takers may make against our members. Remember, the Mercykillers owe nothing to the Fated. They abducted our Factol, they openly mocked us in the Hall of Speakers, and the spoke praise to the Anarchists that attacked us in the past. Not a single jink will be unlawfully forced from your hands.

If the Fated approach you and attempt to strip you of your hard earnings under the false pretense that it is their right to tax you, know that the Red Death do not recognize  their taxation as a lawful practice, but an injustice that should be dealt with swiftly and without mercy. Any Taker who attempts to rob, threaten, blackmail, or any other means to take advantage of you or your coffers will be treated as a hostile act with the intent to provoke war.

We are the force of Justice in the Multiverse. Vengeance will be swift to those who perform an injustice under our watch.
