All patrols in the Ladies Ward are here by advised; a new gang sent hostiles into the ward in an attempt to prevent a Harmonium Notary from arresting one of their own. The initial captive was taken in from the Bazaar, where he- along with others- began indiscriminantly shooting at the populace with fairly high quality black-powder based weaponry (blunderbuss's in this case).
All gangsters were dwarven, though beyond race their affiliations are not yet known.
By request of the Harmonium, we are holding two of these gangsters in our cells. Be aware that while they have been processed and are being held in our cells, they are NOT sentenced prisoners, and as such no one is to minister to or execute them until such time that I give the order.
The Harmonium will likely be sending over their agents - either Notary Noristant or his superiors. Namers and Justice's are expected to cooperate with them in regards to these two captives. However, the prisoners removal from our custody is not authorized without either mine or Factor Charae's presence.
