Lily dressed in Uniform, ((as not in her normal leathers)), came to start her Nightly rounds of the cells, this time though she was carrying a Book, a stack of Parchment, and Quill pens, Oddly though No ink to go with the quill pens. As she moves down the blocks she raps the bars getting each prisoners attention, as she passes through a Quill and several pieces of parchment.
"Okay skum," after she hands out the supplies, "Awyln wants me to get some study time, So today we're gonna study some law together." She continues "I am gonna read this book" Lily holds up a book showing the Title Sigilian Law, Charter 1. "This will be a simple task really, I'll Read, aloud of course and each of you, will write what I read." She smiles. "Now, Failure to Comply will result in Additional Disciplinary Action." She unclips the cat-O-Nine from her belt and drapes it over her shoulder. "A lash for each Missed word, and I will check.".... "oh and No I did not forget the Ink, I'll let you figure out what your gonna write with."
With that She began to read out loud pacing up and down the blocks, starting with the Chapter 1 Ordinance 1 a ....
