I, Cratten Erroc, hereby grant Notary One Mathias Greymane a clearance to use Measure Five authority for case of prisoner Aurelean and subsequent negotiation to settle witness testimony for Hildmor d'Kridis trials. The clearance only holds up within the Mercykiller Prison structures and is to be considered nullified once Mercykillers make their decision regarding this negotiation.

"Ah, hello again miss Zadara... I don't know if you remember me or not, but I was there during the, ah, incident with the Artificer. I've actually come here to discuss a prisoner, a celestial named Aurelean. It has come to my attention that he has information regarding an open murder case, and I wish him to be transferred to Harmonium custody until a proper investigation into the matter has been performed. I would also like his case re-evaluated as there is reasonable doubt regarding the terms and conditions of his imprisonment, namely rumors that he is being tortured on a regular basis."
