Who I am specifically is of little importance aside from a concerned citizen in a position of leadership among the city's people, and a steadfast supporter of the city's growth and wellbeing. I shall not remain nameless, but I wish that you hear my words before reading the signature.
In my many months in this city, I've seen good times and bad. The bad have become far more frequent than is healthy for the factions, the people, and the balance between the two. This needs to be remedied. I'll not complain about what's wrong, or point fingers at who might be to blame according to so and so. I'm not here to tell you what you most likely already know. This letter is not an apology on behalf of anyone, nor is it support for anyone else. This is a solution.
The Triad has been slipping out of favor for too long. The people rebel against the Harmonium, spit on the Fraternity, and ignore the Mercykillers. The fault could lie anywhere, but you and I both know the roots of these issues.
I propose an interfactionary involvement. Three members, one from each Faction, of Factor rank - leading a self sufficient team of professionals under your direct orders. These men and women of astounding character will carry out missions on your explicit behalf. The Triad Factols, each of you, would convene on matters of the utmost importance, along with the guidance of the three Factors leading the team.
Faction espionage has reached an all time high. Corruption in the ranks is second only to that. These are some of the issues a team such as this can deal with. This is a cooperation effort on behalf of the Triad, and it may be possible to include other factions later, assuming the team functions as intended, and expected. These brave souls will be your, the Factols', eyes, hands, and ears in the city itself. No middle men to corrupt the orders, no intercepting from anarch elements; you tell them what needs to be done, and they do it.
The factions have grown large over the years. But these soldiers of your word are not to be above the laws and standards of the factions themselves. In fact, they are beholden to the ideals of all three simultaneously.
