Wanted: Araki Yasuo

A notice is put up on the Mercykiller boards.

Mercykillers,

We have been informed of an assault committed by a certain Araki Yasuo here in Sigil (in the Ladies Ward). The suspect attacked Factor Quinn of the Society and inflicted near fatal wounds.

The Harmonium have been informed of the situation, but they have yet to issue a formal arrest warrant, and their search will mostly pertain to Sigil itself. Therefor, any Mercykillers he find this man in the planes are encouraged to apprehend him. Alive is preferable (as he is to receive a fair trial).

If caught in the planes, he is to be brought to the Prison, NOT the Barracks. However, if you find the Harmonium attempting to arrest him in town, you are to support their efforts as always and allow them to take him into custody. 

Be aware that many free planewalkers will also be on the lookout for him.

Regarding the manhant for Araki Yasuo,

An additional consideration to keep in mind if and when any of you come by the suspect has been brought to our attention. Avoid rendering him unconscious (or attempting to slain him), and avoid arcane disruption methods (anti-magic zones, strong dispells). Only non-arcane bindings should be used until otherwise notified.

Araki Yasuo has submitted himself for Harmonium questioning. For the moment, we can stand down on the chase. The matter is now their responsibility for the time being.
