The dark elf Justicar strode into the Prison and greeted Factor Swan's Son with a bow. She would request privacy with the Factor. Once they were in the quiet of his office, she would explain herself.
"Factor. I have news that the Gatehouse is under attack by the creatures that have been plaguing the Cage. I also believe that a Harmonium Mover and a large garrison has likely been corrupted as well.
"Not long ago, a tear that I suspect leads to the Far Realm opened up within the Gatehouse. I happened to be in the area because I was checking in on the assassin Magrello who is currently admitted there. A group of us assisted the bleaker's warden in discovering the tear but by the time we found it the Harmonium moved in.
"A bleaker by the name of Kazuko told me of what has been going on within the Gatehouse. I believe the invaders are using it as a staging ground to increase their numbers, hiding in plain sight with the mad of the Asylum. She - along with a source of my own - have verified that these creatures are possessing people inside the gatehouse.
"I have also learned that a spell known as the cerulean sign is effective against these creatures. Once again, confirmed through two sources, this spell seems to drive out the 'crawler', as Kazuko referred to it as, out of the victim. I can offer my wand crafting services to ensure every guard within the prison is armed with a wand of this spell.
"While I believe in the unity of the Triad, the Harmonium may very well be heavily compromised and ill-equipped to fight this menace off. The Fraternity are equally damaged as a connection of mine within the courts has confirmed my suspicions about Thornbrew. The Fraternity are now taking steps to rectify the situation.
"A discovery at the Gatehouse has also informed me that the tiefling Rannia may be involved with the invaders. She has reportedly been drawing symbols and speaking odd tongues that have been linked to these tears. With the Harmonium compromised, I suggest we take action.
"Factor, I am not sure what your stance will be on what I am about to suggest, but we cannot wait until these creatures are at our door. I request available forces be sent to support the Bleakers in clearing out the Gatehouse of the invaders, and a unit be sent to apprehend this tiefling. I am of course ready and willing to coordinate either of these efforts myself."

Arwyl listens. He waits for Charae to finish speaking. He pours two glasses of heavily watered wine. He offers one to Charae. He responds simply.
"I see."
He sits down.
"Your ambitions are well known Justicar. If you want the Factor job then someone should probably explain to you how it is done. Whilst I am sure you are right and there are those amongst both the Harmonium and the Bleak Cabal who are possessed I am sure that Factol Lahr, and Factol Sarin are not. Those are the people who would oppose us should we storm The Gatehouse. So what are we to do?"
Arwyl stands and paces to the window of his office.
"So what we require is The Cabal's invitation we need to make them ask for our aid. Then there will be no room for objection. We cannot afford for the Factions to tear themselves apart when they must stand united.
We have received communication from The Believers of the Source that there are effective wards against the invaders and based upon your recommendation I will see to it our troops equipped with them."
Arwyl turns around to face the drow.
"That leaves Thornbrew, and The Gatehouse still. Gather what evidence you can and pass it to your contact in The Fraternity. Instruct them that given the situation you feel it best we carry out the arrest as opposed to The Harmonium. Use my name if you feel it will lend any extra weight to your cause. I will approach the Fraternity for a warrant for the tiefling.
As for The Gatehouse ensuring the Bleakers cooperation is something that must be handled delicately. I would say it is something for a Factor to oversee. You want the job? Show me you can do it."

The dark elf accepted the glass of wine, not wishing to offend the Factor. She listened as she sipped the wine, nodding her head to his reasoning.
"I have already spoken to the one bleaker, but I will contact the warden. I am sure they will accept our help." Charae set the emptied glass on the table and rendered a salute. "I will not disappoint, Factor."
The dark elf about-faced and left once dismissed.
