Rumors abound of the Hardheads going to war, they are deploying Mass troops to take out Hildmore's Legacy from what I have gathered, This looks like our chance, to finally retake control of Sigil. while they are so deliciously preoccupied with this.

It does not take terribly long for a return missive to make its way into Lily's hand, although the seal on it, rather than being that of Factol Nilesia, is unfamiliar, a simple stylized etching of a manacle.

"Dearest Lily, do not think your previous time spent serving at the Prison went unnoticed, as the Faction itself is gladdenned by your seeming return to active duty within the Cage. However, although both our illustrious Factol and myself appreciate your passion towards the primacy of the Red Death, we feel you have fallen into a common fallacy: confusing power with justice. I think you misunderstand, I do not mean to Literally strike them. I propose we take advantage of there careless actions against Hildmor, there blatenly Biased and unprofessionalism in handling this matter. Making it known that we will not stand by this cause of action could surely help our standing and increase our sway in City Affairs.
