Sigil: City of Doors

During the early morning hours, two Harmonium Guards escort a Gith into the prison, followed by Namer Quick. She directs them into an interrogation Cell, ensures the Gith is secured with chains and gagged. Once Ferrin is confident the Gith cannot get free, she closes and secures the door.

Moving to a small Hin sized desk, she puts quill to paper and begins her report.

This day, while relaxing at Khazeet's a portal opened just outside the walls behind the large tent to the north of the bar. In moments ten Gith warriors stepped through the portal. Myself, Miss Lucia and Miss O'Leary engaged and killed the Gith. The portal then closed. Miss Lucia then called for the Dustman to remove the bodies. I suggested that one Gith be given his life back so that we could interrogate him and find out what he knew of the portal.

During the wait, a voice came from the place the portal had been and stated "Oh well, better luck next time."

The Gith is secured within Interrogation room one and awaits questioning.

Sealing the note she sends it to the Justicar for review

Charae recieves the letter and heads to meet up with Namer Quick. "Good evening, dear. I caught your message and came as soon as I could. I'd like to have a few words with the Gith."

"Of course Ma'am" She rose and motioned towards the cell "he is within, I have not attempted any questioning, knowing you would wish to be there. Do you want me to accompany you?"

The small wispling having a hopeful look about her face

"Yes. I'd like you to observe." The dark elf gathered her things and entered the room. She didn't look at the Gith as she moved over to the small table and set down a small surgical kit. Charae untied the kit and laid it out. "Allow the prisoner to speak," she said to Ferrin, eyeing the kit carefully.

Ferrin nods, and moves behind the Gith. Reaching up she undoes the gag, then slips a thin chain around the Gith's neck, holding it while Charae prepares. Should the Gith even hint at using a spell, the chain would bite into his neck. Until then, it sits loose, allowing him to speak.

Her gaze follows the drowses as the woman lays out her tools of the trade.

Charae turned and smiled at the Gith. "Hello. Can you understand me?" she asked the creature.

The Gith merely looks wildly about the room and its bindings, no look of comprehension crossing its face.

The dark elf observed the Gith as he looked about the room. She rubbed her chin, glanced at Ferrin, and waited a few minutes for the Gith to settle down.

Whether the Gith did or not, Charae picked up a set of pliers and approached him. She played the small metal tool, flashing it in front of the prisoner. "I do hope you didn't bring me a creature that can't even form words, Ferrin."

The creature understands the pliers, at least, and gabbles something incomprehensible to the pair.
