I have received your request and attached copies of my full reports on razorvine sightings and removal. I hope this information is what you seek.

Regards,
Charae

The hardhead would find a few reports attached to the back of Charae's response. The reports listed how many total hours the chain-gangs were active, how many hundreds or thousands of pounds of razorvine were removed in each week, and how many deaths caused as a result of citizens being entangled. It described stalls that were overcome in the vine, Sigilians rescued from its deadly embrace, and other things.

Another report described sights of the snipers and where they attacked from. In Charae's reports, she never encountered a time the anarchists attacked any of her chain gangs while removing razorvine from the bazaar.

Hograth adds the reports to his notes and compares the razorwine sightings to what he got from other sources.
He then writes a small note to the Mercykiller.

I thank you for your cooperation. As soon as I find a pattern in attacks, invisible vines or just the growing of this pest I will inform you so you are able to coordinate your efforts with greater precision and effectivity.
