Namer Rune ~ Request to see Factor Andor

A less than utterly formal, but still ridiculously filled to the brim with protocol letter is placed on Factor Andor's desk. A politely intoned, and semi-professional/semi-friendly request for Factor Andor to find time to speak with Rune has been made. There is within the letter a note that a 'peculiar request' may be involved. The issue is apparently such a non pressing thing that no indication of haste can be traced within it.
