Cecania Coraline wishes to visit Khazeet in the Mercykiller prison to discuss his participation in the Mimir killer murder acts.
She claims to know Khazeet many years ago when she went under a different name, and had a slightly different appearance.

A Mercykiller at the front desk then signed Cecania Coraline up for the routine prisoner visits for Khazeet.
