Word would spread to those in the know of a shadowy underworld figure called the Librarian. Discerning cell leaders who value information when it comes to furthering the cause would find it becomes available to them. They never meet their benefactor directly but whatever they are after, be it evidence of a rising Fraternity members shady past, a tax return indicating who is on the Harmonioum's payroll or an invoice revealing just who the Doomguard are making weapons for it would come delivered in a sealed brown envelope signed simply; The Librarian.
