So I'm in the mood for a little fun...a little bit of mayhem to ruffle the Hardhead's feathers and send a message.

Anybody game? If so, drop a letter in the barrel behind the Bottle & Jug, and I'll keep an eye out.

The letter is signed with the initials R.F., as well as a Cartoonish Tophat.
