I strongly suggest most factions do something similar so people, at a glance, know who members are. It'll make interaction a stronger thing if folks are informed of "known" reputations and histories of known members.
If this thread is used by others I would like the Admins to make it a sticky so it doesn't vanish and newer members can add themselves at will.

Reputation and historical notes: While only a handful of people know PhoenixÂ’s actual identity, there are few in the city who has never heard the name Phoenix. In recent years he has become one of the most influential, and also one of the most hunted, of Revolutionary members. He has been accused of Terrorism, murder, assault, theft, inciting of riots, kidnapping, extortion and a myriad of other charges. The opinion of his charges, however, differs on who you talk to.
He has been linked to the widespread gassing of the prison during the breakout of a highly dangerous prisoner. He has been linked to the multiple bombings that have plagued Harmonium outposts and patrol routes. He has been linked to the uprising against the MercyKillers that started the Thirty Day war in the Hive. He has been linked to the Kidnapping, supposed murder and subsequent release of Diana the Guardian of the Harmonium. He has been linked to the assassination of Harmonium Factor Tonat Shar. He has been linked to all major civilian uprisings and targeting of government institutions in recent memory and is known for the continual creation and deployments of advanced explosive devices. He is known for continuously spurring the people of the Hive, and beyond, to rise up, even violently, against all factions.
He is the author of The Manifesto of Phoenix and numerous writings for the Revolution. He is known to make statements on behalf of any Revolutionary that requires it. In recent days he has offered an olive branch to the more moderate Anarchists in an effort to bring them closer together with the fanatics. He makes a point to ensure his allies and supporters know that he hands over ninety percent of his income to the cause and urges all supporters to give fifty percent of their income to the people at minimum.
He has been likened to shadow and those who have met him in dim surroundings have attested to the fact that his form almost mimics shadow-form even while at rest. He makes virtually no noise while moving. He is extremely well spoken and well mannered and seems to be highly intelligent and highly cautious in his dealings with people.
Amongst supporters, sympathizers and a large percentage of Hive dwellers he is considered a sort of folk hero. His "crimes" are seen as necessary to the freedom of the common man and he is seen as constantly risking his life to encourage freedom and fairness to the least fortunate. You'd be hard pressed to find anyone willing to turn coat on him in the Hive because most inhabitants either admire his work or wouldn't "rat" him out in fear of reprisal from other anarchists.
The last few months have been quiet where he has been concerned. He has been seen little and has said just as much in publicÂ… but lately those close to him have seen his activities start to reawaken.
