It is disheartening when the people of the Revolution become apathetic to the plight of their cause. When the supporters of the Revolution simply stand back and watch others fight and do nothing. I fear the people of this city have become too fat.

TheyÂ’re too fat and too well fed. The Factions of order had us in chains. We began to remove these chains, our brothers and sisters bled to remove these chains, and now people do nothing. This inaction will chain us once again.

The controlling factions are nothing more than groups of criminals, conmen and thieves. ItÂ’s all a game of smoke and mirrors with them. If you tried to do what some of these Factols do, youÂ’d be in prison or worse. Their assumed authority gives them a free pass from prosecution.

The people of this city have grown fat. They have grown lazy and they have become nothing more than complacent sheep. ThatÂ’s why nothing changes. The faces of the oppressor changes from time to time, Factols are replaced and even the groups who control things are renamedÂ… but in the end the game never changes. The enslavement of the people never ends. Our plight remains unchangedÂ…

And it won't change until Cagers are angry enough to hit the streets and march on the ruling factions and council... I mean really march on the factionsÂ… and take a few hits, and get bloody and watch a few people die.

And that won't happen right now... They arenÂ’t hungry enough yet. They have not bled enough yet. And, I fear, that by the time they are ready it will be too late. We'll be living in a police stateÂ… And we are half way there now.

Censoring the news that we are allowed to see and creating issues to keep us howling so we don't focus on what they’re really up to. It’s like they stand there shouting “Hey people, watch what my right hand is doing so no one notices what the left hand is up to”… and the people fall for it every time.

These games go on foreverÂ… And the people let them do it and nothing is said or done.

The people are just too fat and too well fed.

That being saidÂ… it is time to refocus our efforts. Obviously directly assaulting the Factions are getting us no where. We are simply too fractured to mount an organized assaultÂ… therefore itÂ’s time to target other things.

Supply and demand... It is time to target all trade routes into, and out of, the city. It is time to target caravans and shipments making way to market. These shipments are not ours to take and not ours to useÂ… we are not thievesÂ… we must simply destroy them. All of the goods sold in this city comes from outside. There are no farms here. There are no fields of grainÂ… it is all brought in. It is time to bring these gravy trains to a screeching halt.

When the people of the city are fat and lazyÂ… they will allow the tyrants to control themÂ… so long as the slop is poured in the troughs. Take away the tool the Factions use to maintain easy control and the people will react. They will demand that their controllers remedy this or they will rise up against them and remove their controllers.

You all know your territories well. You know the ins and outs better than most sewer rats. You know who controls what, what they sell, where they get it and how it arrives. You know where to target and you know how to stem the flow of goods. This grassroots tactic will work as there will be very little overflow of activity between cells. You can each take care of your own little zones. Unlike open warfareÂ… you can act on your own with ease. They will have great difficulty tracking you as you know these neighbourhoods better than they can ever hope to.

Now will this cause undue hardship to the downtrodden, yet not the upper class? In shortÂ… yes. While I donÂ’t expect this action to completely stem the tide of goods into the city (as much as I would like it to) it will make existing goods increase in cost exponentially. Shelves will empty and people will stockpile. Most working class will not be able to afford to pay what their handlers will demand.

They will strike back. At the very least, the anarchy caused by this will force many people to rise up against the powers that be for not suffering the way they are forced to.

No one said Anarchy would be painless and no one said freedom would be easy.

Children of the RevolutionÂ… bring this city to a halt. Bring the factions to their knees by stopping the supplies that keeps them fed. It is time for the people to dietÂ… and awaken.

Fellow Revolutionaries and supporters.

Our recent campaign begins to show results. Already the factions show the people what they have hoarded in the past.

It is time to modify the direction in order to have a more direct affect on the tyrants who control the city.

Let it be known that we will allow half of the incoming merchant trains to resume. We will allow the people relief.

This fifty percent inclusion will be only for those merchants who will *not* supply or deal directly, with the Factions. We will allow the Indeps access to their markets so long as the Factions are cut off from the influx of goods.

We will take the resources gained from this... modification... and direct it fully at the factions of the city. We will ensure their shipments, and the shipments of those who support them, are completely cut off. The Bleakers and the Harmonium, the Guard and the Red Death... they will go without. The Sensates and Guvnors... no more will they gain the goods they need. Only the people will be supplied.

Let it be known that any merchant in the city, any individual who supplies the factions, will be targetted.

The people of the city will be fed... the Factions will starve. Let them fight over the hoards of goods they have already amassed. Let them starve.

Continue to strike at these caravans... no more mercy on those who feed the Tyrants. Use the extra forces gained to wipe them out.
