Your consciousness rushes into a body.

You feel very heavy. As you try to move a part of your body, it gets only heavier. You realize that the world is sinking. To stand means to give more weight to a sinking world. Your eyes painfully open for what seems like aeons. Eyes open, you see a silhouette. Your heart starts beating. The world feels heavier as it beats. As time passes on, your eyes come to know the silhouette. It is the loved, you are the lover. It is sinking with you. the silhouette opens its eyes after a few hours of what seem like a grueling attempt at being. You cannot close your own for they are as heavy to close than to open. You cannot stop yourself from staring. You feel the loved one stare at you. The slow intricate motions of its eyes making your being harder to bear. It seems to be reacting to you adding more weight to the sinking. The eyes slowly starts drooping back to a closed state. Tears slowly welting from your loved one's eyes adding more weight to the world. Your eyes start sinking, for water from your eyes gives a greater weight and attracts your eyelids. The weight gets greater as you attempt to hold on to your loved one with arms that refuse to move. The world is sinking. Your eyes closed, you sink with your memories of your loved one that add more weight. Whatever you are becomes heavy. You cannot even lift a thought. The world is sinking and even silence has weight. Your being tries to lift it. Only for it to become a noise that echoes throughout the unknown as if pushing back the sinking of the world. For a moment, the world began to rise. As its weight comes back to push you down with it as an eternally falling ocean that has yet to find its bottom.

Your consciousness returns to your body.
