A notice makes its way through the Civic Festhall and to other common gathering places for members of the Society.

A flowing, delicate script conveys the following:

Fellow Members of the Society of Sensation, Take note.

Of late Sigil has been beset by displays of weather that are most unnatural for the Cage. Know well that these phenomena are associated with incursions of the Winter Court and have resulted in the deaths of many who have wandered near to investigate, including some these past eves on the very steps of our cherished Festhall.

I do not expect our members to steer clear of such, nor would I deny any the sensations and experiences we hold so dear, but I would be remiss and irresponsible to not alert our members to the dangers of what could be seen as benign, albeit curious weather.

Already too many have fallen as a result of their curiousity and thus far we've been most fortunate not to have suffered the loss of any amongst our family.
Exercise caution - I've no desire to mourn any of you before your time.

Sasha pauses in her daily socializing and research to read Lucelle's notice.

"Well, that doesn't make her look too murderous." She mumbles to herself.

"Now if only I could find her."
