Dear Licca,
I know that you were helping out with taking care of the food for the last set of refugees that escaped into Sigil. We've recently had another rather large group of refugees that arrived from a world that was ravaged by demonic attack, and they will need food and shelter.
If you can help out with some of your tasty bread that you always bake, then contact Caterina Arnders or Hograth Thorn for where the refugees are being housed so you can take the baked goods to them.
We'll never let anyone else go through the suffering we did when we had to abandon our home.
