For Licca, the act of carrying and bearing children was something she was only taught through temple teachings. When a dear friend of hers was asking about her experiences with childbirth, she was a bit nonplussed and ended up parroting the things she was taught by rote.

In order to provide a better answer, she goes to the Public Sensorium, and looks for sensory stones involving childbearing and childbirth, and there were quite a few from most of the races who have set foot in Sigil.
