Expecting memories of failing crops, or longer winters Vari is rather puzzled at the number of adventures, quests, faith filled struggles that all fell flat as well as natural disasters. Things that should not be affected by the dimming of the sun. Unsure if her observations are just an aberration of having viewed a uniquely ill fortuned group of memories, she would compare notes with other Senates. Is this evidence of the Mindflayers or other evil pushing from below the surface or just some coincidence?
Characters in no particular order: Vari, Lane, Radda, Loora, Shifts, Copper, Rent, Yashira, Sheea...and more.

SIleas did lokk for somethomg special:
What excatly happend that made them, lose their home?
In that she would look for anything that was linked to the distruction of their world. Anything that would lead to it she would take.
What did the mind flayers do?
She heard that other factions were blamed for what the mind flayers did, so she wanted to see their work with her own senses.

Having these questions, she saw a wrong to right. She knew that the truth is sword with three blades: Your truth, the truth of the other side, and the real truth. Would her questions be answered?

Brani is a guvner aide but has a few sensate friends and does what he can to help them help the refugees. Just as a few examples... getting the memory donors to the sensorium into orderly lines to keep them in a well-organized queue and taking multiple head counts to make sure no-one gets missed. He harnesses his perfectionism and adherence to precision, analytical method and discipline to the utmost in this regard.

Orianna greeted the small mixed family that wandered into the hall, to donate she listened to their harrowing tale of terror as she escorted them to a comfortable spot with the offer of snacks and beverages to settle their nerves. Before they started using the memory stone, she explained the use and ease that such a device offered and how they need only recall the memories while focusing on the stone. Once satisfied, she asked that they focus on their homeland specifically the sights and sounds. The seasons as they came and went. Along with what may have seemed mundane but could be of importance. She sought many details of their culture such as the rule of law, festivals, and architecture. Going so far as to ask about skilled trades they may have been a part of to get them comfortable with the process of remembering and experiencing the use of the memory stones, demonstrating how it would make things real again as if they were there once more to prepare them for the more difficult recollections they sought to provide.

The Sensate carefully guided their thoughts to recall the sun and the moon(s?) and the stories of the creature. If they had seen the creature firsthand, to sharpen the details of what they saw of it, what was the creature doing before they had fled for their lives? Upon finishing with the adult’s donation, she'd ask permission to interview the children as well. Children's accounts of events or happenings were often brushed off as fanciful make-believe. Though, knowing from personal experience the mischief and tales that children could come up with from what they had seen being often dismissed by adults. Were there any interesting hiding places or hideouts that they had claimed, any pictures, or carvings in the stones, or trinkets they had found?

Patiently she walked each family member through the process, pressing for further detail on parts that were glossed over. Upon completing each stone, she made a point to get their name, a written description of the individual, and the location they were staying, should we have further need of contact as well as giving them her contact information should they have the need. Once again, she supplied them with food and drink and offered to let them enjoy the gallery while she scurried off to find an officer to review the stones and determine the compensation appropriately. Coin in hand she'd locate the family and ensure they were paid.

Ulanshio coordinated the effort as people were combing through the collection in place. Special noteworthy stones, she would add notes to the catalogue per each stone as collected. Follow-ups would have additional stones taken as well. For the most part otherwise, she seemed okay to stay in a coordinating role, and assist people in categorization and collecting.

Xujja spent his shifts in the Sensorium helping any refugees who thought their donations might hold cultural relevance. Mostly things of value but not all to outstanding.
This would explain the plethora of stones collected about the times that were, on Chabia, rather than its slow and unnoticed destruction by the dying of the sun. People were offering memories of importance to them, about the world that was. Not about what it was to become.
He keeps the rugged old adventurer who remembers seeing this truely powerful blade in the festhall for a while. Since this ancient sword no doubt influences the history of several nations, he offers the warrior free drinks and asks him to share more while they wait on his double pay out to be approved.
The refugee is happy to wax lyrical about the retrieval of that particular blade. They mention how all the 'Powers', least that's what the Signer classes call them, were all mortal once on Chabia. Over time, a pantheon of 'folk heroes' became what you'd call these Powers, but their belongings remained after they'd left. That sword was handed over to the realm and has been protected by the temple ever since. They think one of the high priests escaped with the blade, before the sun went out, who knows where it is now.
This person has been a refugee twice, Xujja makes small talk enough to keep them around too. He views their memory a few times over to make sure he has aborbed the details while they enjoy a meal on him, before they get double the bounty promised.
Quite right to. Descriptions of how the earth churned up, releasing all manner of creatures into the kingdom are recounted. How the clerics and priests maintained a sort of 'hallowing' effect on the mountains that contained these monsters, but eventually it all broke down. They recall this had happened a few times in history, they were just unlucky enough to see it for themselves.
Cania is seen speaking with those that come...
A steady stream, ever since the refugees arrived and the Faction took notice of them, housed a few and scalped experiences off of the lot where they saw interest. The Civic Festhall doubly served as a place to get away from the dirty, crowded and often dangerous streets of the Cage. At least where the refugees were staying. So they weren't an uncommon sight for the past month or so, and often got free or at least cheaper deals in sensations to experience. They seemed to like the Sensates, though that wasn't surprising, and more than a few had signed up since they got here.
Expecting memories of failing crops, or longer winters Vari is rather puzzled at the number of adventures, quests, faith filled struggles that all fell flat as well as natural disasters.
It seems that, perhaps less that the people remember the events of their sun dying, and more that they choose not to record them. No doubt tons of stones could be made of the catastrophe, from any number of perspectives, but for the most part they weren't. The refugees chose not to. Any number of stories about the sun going out and the last weeks or months on the Prime could be gathered simply via a short walk to the Marble District, where they were living now.
Sileas: In that she would look for anything that was linked to the distruction of their world.
Searching the memories of the refugees collected so far proved to no avail. And any conversations had with the refugees as they visited the Civic Festhall wasn't much use either. For the everyday basher on the Prime, these sorts of events went entirely over their heads. They were just not capable of dealing with, or processing the magnitude of what happened. So they just didn't, it seemed easier for them that way.
Sileas: She heard that other factions were blamed for what the mind flayers did, so she wanted to see their work with her own senses.
The general chant that could be picked up was simply, "they caused the sun to go out", followed by a unique and wild explanation for why they did. All of them wrong of course, since these Primers didn't really understand why the Illithids put out the sun, but they had plenty of theories to tell. The dark of the matter, was yet to be unearthed.
Brani is a guvner aide but has a few sensate friends and does what he can to help them help the refugees.
The distinctive Guvner outfits almost certainly drew the attention of a few refugees. It's no surprise that lately they've been involved in all manner of public and private disputes with the law. Getting them to queue in an orderly fashion almost becomes a secondary matter, with the small crowd of questions and problems raised to the aide.
Orianna greeted the small mixed family that wandered into the hall, to donate she listened to their harrowing tale of terror as she escorted them to a comfortable spot with the offer of snacks and beverages to settle their nerves.
They laugh it off, in that dark way that people do when reminiscing about grave tidings. It was a long time ago when their kingdom fell to the creature. It came from the mountains, heralding some invasion, and there wasn't much the people could do. None of their 'Powers' were present to stop it, so it tore the place asunder. They fled, and they rebuilt elsewhere. That realm now ruined and left to rot. They say the story of the creature is used to scare children, they were only children themselves when it came. They talk of a few things they remember from their childhood, but nothing that seemed terribly important.
Ulanshio coordinated the effort as people were combing through the collection in place.
The collection was now visited only by interested Planewalkers and new Sensates, as well as the refugees themselves. The fickle nature of the Faction meant interests were lost and gained on a whim, and any who assisted when the refugees first arrived have since gotten bored at the effort. That's not to say the archive wasn't or isn't appreciated, particularly by the refugees themselves. Now that the refugees had also found somewhere a little better than scattered camps about the city, more have been convinced to come and give their own sensations to the Faction.

It seemed like they did not even know or remember how things happened, so it felt for Sileas. Maybe the Mind flayers had erased or modified there memory? Still...Where there was no memory, there's nothing to talk about or process.

So she turned to two memories, that seemes untouched so far. What seems not outstanding for some, seemed still enough for her to try. She tried to understand and find more the was linked to them::
Defiance. A Kingdom moves to oust an evil church from its lands. Calamity. The destruction of it only brings further ruin.
She would try to find the person who his memory beloned to. At first she asked in general, what more that person remembers. The question in her mind also were. What evil church was this, of which god, demon, devil or other entiety? What was destroyed or ruined and why?
Faith. Great walls of belief shield the people from scourges within the mountains. Panic. The mountains erupt and spew forth devastation.
She tried the same with the person this memory came from. Faith was strongly linked to her from her godess. So she wondered, faith in what or who ist was. What belief exactly, in what? What may have made the Mountains erupt?

For the most part past the initial point, Ulanshio set to work in full-on research mode. She cross-references every bit of story gathered so far, all little details, and even things that might not be related to the prime directly (as long as they were relevant), and essentially tried to create a new 'catalogue' and 'map' of the particularly standout stories, and see if she might be able to draw connections between them to find further points of interest.
