"Hi if is not a problem I started to leave some notes about exercies in a board near the arena, every day I will write a new suggestion for those who want spend a little of their time to read and develop themselves.   Â

((note with this I also want to improve my english and start to move things inside the faction since is quite static at the moment or so it seems to me. People in fact do not find easy makes rp around and his role inside the city or so it seems to me, so I do the best I could^^))
