///hive is the safest place for xaos, as it is where they loiter the most. so pratically you say she grew a giant vine, or a big nexus of vines, that could lift up some buildings?//

((Please note my previous post. This all never wasn't intend to organized in the hive, but near to it, probably in the clerk ward side of the bridge to hive. But as no one cared about the chaos, I won't care either...let's rule the piece over sigil etc etc...
Wherever it was, or whatever it was....it's ended, as Leth's has changed her mind and wandered away for other interesting things to do, or look for, probably it's almost annoying for now.
I let you decide where it was, what it was, or what should have been...probably the remnants are big scale things, considering the power and caliber of Leth and her thirst for chaos. ))

Leth simply shrugs on events, won't look back but leaves the city again for a while.

///sorry for delay///

to sum up: the xaos had their feast just outside the hive, on the side of the
clerks ward that border with the former and close to a bridge between the two. the
quiet and orderly life of the clerk's ward immediatly got scrambled by the partial
invasion. as their presence spread like a small river in the ward, the core of the
feast quickly got surrounded by a no man's land zone where the more aggressive xaos kept their hold to prevent intrusions from those boring ones that would attempt to stop their fun.
in this cordon a silent tension lingers, while the far sounds and noises and lights
of the feast are heard and seen. this tension burst in the glamourous clashes of
small and spread out fights in the streets at the very border with the still quiet
ward and the core of the feast, but no one really dares to walk deeper toward the
core of the feast, also because it doesn't seem the xaos are flooding over in the
clerk ward furtherly, but rather just holding their lines and scrambling anything
that is within them.
civillians wouldn't be harmed at all by the xoas, excpet some exception maybe. but
guards are relentlessly pushed back or redirected away from the feast. wounds and
injures come, casualties not at all, not from most of the xaos at least
doesn't mean their presence doesn't come without dangers and annoyances besides the ruckus and disturbing.
razorvines have basically being planted, fed, trimmed and grew all over the feast
area, with one huge nexus of vines growing and projecting into the sky as it
eradicated one building, dragging it in mid air.
this nexus and other vines growths were being kept invisible for a time to allow an
reasonable safe growth from eventual tampering. at a point, when the vines grew
enough, some sods inevitably falls into them, their fate left for others to
imagine. and when the invisibility fades off, is needless to say how now there's a
very nice garden of vines chocking the walkways where the feast spread from, and it is slowly advancing despite trimming.

asides this, other damages and messes are made by xaos: some fancy or unharmonic colouring (or dirtying, for the residents) building's walls, various absurds
decoration, swapping the streets naming signs, making harder to figure out the
streets of sigil for those not yet used to them, distracting and misleading
couriers, delaying and shuffling deliveries, performing en masse in the streets and
generically disrupting offices' work and the routinary life of that portion of the
clerk's ward and anything linked to it, with fated swearing but taxing nonetheless
and even more so, guvners panicking, hardheads going nuts, mercykillers
infuriating, and so on and so on
the fated would particularly taking this change to demand extra taxes from the
sensates, whereas the festhall appears to be closer to the vined feast, takers
ranting about how the excessive tolerance of any form of expression just encourages the xaos. wheter this is an initiavie of single namers, highs up, or rowan himself, is left to assumptions

in all this it is likely that some doomguards and anarchs join the feasting mess to
spread some of their own more harsh medicine as well. it wouldn't be hard for those
groups to rouse the xaos into more aggressive and focused initiatives, at least for
some time

the dabus try to keep up with the disrupting actions, repairing things and chasing
off xaos gangs before returning to their work. but it sure is an hard work

-edit- if this xaos presence in the clerk's ward will last and for how long is still open to discussion. it'll also depends upon what other factioneers will do

the huge vines nexus hosting a building in its branches is now known as ''Mr.
Spikey's crowsnest'', , and changing groups of xaositects still dwell in the building, at times keeping watch and warning the hivers and fellows if troops of guards are arriving, and tossing random stuff onto passersby. it also serves as tavern for xaos now, accessed by a rope ladder that is pulled up after use. it will take some effort to demolish this semi natural structure, a small dot of chaos between the hive and the clerk's ward, frowned upon by the orderly people of the latter
