A hooded figure in black scalemail somehow finds his way to Quaker's Place, making a bee line to the most reasonable looking fellow in the establishment and making his intents clear.
"Hail my chaotic friend, it is rather urgent that I speak to your Factol... whomever it may be today!"

The figure points to Factol Karan pouring his factioneers shots of water. He seems to be quite happy and animated too
