The Chant around the Cage is there is a well connected Cutter within the Fated looking for a Group of Battle Harden, Professional Blade for hires to do a dangerous mission in the Eternal Battle Field of the Blood War.

The Dark, This Particular man pays quite handsomely for a job well done.

The Darkest, Many on both sides want them dead, but none have succeed, yet.

Kregorothax was looking for coin and resources. If killing fiends and sizing materials from the sorts was part of the deal, all the better.

Reina hadn't really read much into any of this, upon first hearing it. All she did was look briefly into the man's background by asking around, eventually hearing of his general "not terribly likely to kill you" reputation. That was good enough for her, as she seemed intent on giving the whole "mercenary" thing a try one way or another.

((This sounds like something she'd love to be a part of, count me in!))

Ephimerra would have followed Kregorothax along with slaying any evils that stood to test them! Without hesitation of course.

Vincent likes money...and mercenary work sounds profitable indeed! Perhaps he could use the money to buy a new coat...

After careful consideration of the circumstances, Katherine decided to take a look in the matter and see if she could sign up for it. If the man was hated by both Demons and Devils alike, chances were he was more than a regular enemy of theirs. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, as they say.

With word circulating of a band of mercenaries being gathered for a task at battling a figure hated by both sides of the Blood War, Xyris' attention was perked... Curious news. With other endeavors proceeding at a crawl, the warlock decided to toss her support, if only with a measure of careful consideration. If nothing else, offering some aid would allow her to gain a bit of reputation among Sigil's denizens, maybe make a bit of coin on the side... and also get to see some of the Cage's finest at work.

Usi'dora's interests in Abyssal Warfare were understated and infrequently visited at best. Despite this, she takes a particular interest in the rumor milling, and would volunteer her magic as well as her golems to the effort of exploration.

The halfling who refers to himself only as "Twelve Fingers" was out of town when word reached him, but he sent back a quick notice of interest in the mercenary opportunity in the hope that this job would pay better than the one he had previously undertaken.

((My availability is contingent on scheduling.))
