There was Silence for the Last few cycles, and then suddenly..., all the Corrispondances and those who answered to the Seedy Call of Wealth would get a Opulant Letter of Invitation that smelled of Lavander and Witch Hazel, Truly, the Client spared no expenses for such an invitation, all deliverd by the same Person, a Gnome Child with a Green Pointy Hat. " 'ere is Yer invitation....uh ...there might be a slight discrepancy..." The invitation was originally marked for the Golden Bariaur.., but it seems these plans have gone up in Smoke and in its place, Chirper's..

*Drawn to the door at the gentle knocking, the airsoul would take receipt of her letter from the little one in the pointy green hat. Tipping the messenger twenty-five jink, she'd return to the large bed and lounge in the patchwork quilt as she reviewed the contents of the invitation. After spending some time getting her room in order and herself dressed for business, she'd tuck the aromatic letter in her inky sneaking suit's top to enjoy along the few portal hops back to Sigil.

Arrived now in the Cage, the airsoul glided herself around the bazaar. Haggling with some of the local merchants on some goods pilfered from the planes abroad, she'd subtly scope out who came and went from Chirper's for now.*

Vincent scans the letter for the amount of pay offered, disinterested in much else. The perfume makes him sneeze, he marks the time and the date of the meeting, then lights a candle and burns the letter. No sense in leaving evidence around after all...

The usual crowd would enter and exit The Bazaar as well as Chirper's, Usual for the Cage that is, If Lazuili Hung out long enugh around Cirpher's she would notice a Strange man, surrounded by an entourage of colourfully dressed Guards surrounding them, Even for a place like the cage, they surely did stood out like a sore thumb, whenever they walked by, they drew attention from almost every one, Leaving being a Scent, the same Scent Found on their Letters.

*Some days after the meeting at Chirper's, the airsoul would have wrapped herself up in a couple different disguises over a few trips through the Hive and Lower Ward to collect some information from passerbys and locals. She was seeking information on the known gangs and thugs of the less affluent sections of Sigil. Among her clandestine interviews, she'd have paid a few beggars to spread some rumors of some well paying security work for only the toughest berks and those interested should leave a message for Boulderdash at Chirper's front desk.*

Gangs rise up, then fade away, either by In Fighting, Entropy, or they get absorbed by other smarter, bigger gangs, or ..rarely, they some how angered "Her" have gotten Flayed or Mazed by their Foolish Actions..

a few notable Names come are heard when seeking Information.

The Rude Berks - a small time gang of Roughffians that make the Hive their Home, some were apperently associated with both the Sinkers, and the Xaosmen.

and then there were the Dead 'n Rotten...
A Gang of Zombies, Known to cause a ruckus here and there, but most found them annoying, with their stench, as well as rude gestures, a middle finger given, before falling off due to the Natural process of Decay...

The Ysgardian was familiar with takers. It was nearly impossible to have walked the branches for any reason and not came across a few. They knew their philosophy in a loose manner and sympathized with it more so then the ring-givers, but that didn't mean they "liked" them. Always so confrontational, never actually cooperating consistently, unreliable, except when it came to silver and the movement of such. Alas, Zhahiri was not fully prepared when they strode up to the real estate office doing research for a hypothetical infrastructure modification project and found out that their generous offer of fifty silver was considered insufficient motivation for anything more then a raised eyebrow. They eventually raised to a single gold worth, a hundred silvers pilled up in sloppy piles to finance the assessment of how much work would be needed to the known records and structures of several mansions in a given area aswell as the known details about the "mid-sigil logistical sector". Frickin sigil economics.

Fiir had the alchemists fire, several vials of the lesser stuff to the more potent. Enough to probably even fill a barrel. The energy immunity scrolls on the other hand had been a massive pain to locate. They seemed to evade her at every corner but maybe she would require the aid of an arcanist to finally find them in her grasp.

The Ysgardian would get a few Eyebrows raised at them, "Why the Hel would you need floor plans to this Kip..?", they would of found resistance, that was slowly chipped away as soon as the Taker at the Counter saw those Silvers piling up, a grin crept on their Features as they waggled their brows at the sight of Coinage, afterall, Money talks..., it wasn't long until they found a very detailed floor Blue print in their posession, Some of it looks like it has been re done many times over ((Will Draw up Floor Plan soon!))

Fiir would be directed to Minvera, although, her prices were rather unfair..,"Sorry Cutter, I gotta make Jink some how, Rustin' Fated taxin' me dry.., why don't you ask a few Planeswalkers....." Was their Somewhat helpful suggestion
