The Harmonium has once more taken actions to create safer environment and we believe to be on the verge of a major breakthrough on one of the cases. Recently Hildmor d'Kridis and several evidences were brought to Harmonium by active member(s) of Sigil which may very well prove him guilty in more than simply bribing officials which was the result of last trial. Many of these evidences also seem to include Under Sigil organizations such as the Cartel and Syndicate to be strongly involved so we will be taking actions against these all in a coming trial.

The details will not be published for security reasons. Defense attorney of Hildmor d'Kridis will be asked to meet Harmonium representatives within the Harmonium Barracks to receive details.

However we fear that which we have found may only be a tip of iceberg and thus encourage citizen of Sigil, at least those of which have witnessed something that deserves Harmonium attention. New evidences, witnesses and information will gain a warm reception by the Harmonium. In return we promise to do our best to ensure greater success in terms of prosecution than previous cases as well as full confidentiality to everyone whom is able to assist our cause. The trial we will request is a private one, witnesses will be called one by one and only prosecution, defense whom is to make vow of confidentiality before anything is revealed, the judge and possible jury will know whom will witness, you can publicly deny your stand to prevent any retribution or hostile consequences.

We have learned of the error of maintaining silent judgement and will instead make the sentence public. However the trial and the sentencing will be kept private for security reasons. Court records will be made public after modification of any tags that the witnesses wishes to keep secret.

There will be law.
There will be justice.
And there will be peace.

Birthe reads the news and shakes her head, sighing.

If they think witnesses will be thus fearful and with good cause, the don't need anyone to vow confidentiality, they need to Geas those involved. Surely that's what they meant? Or are they really that stupid?

Recruiting Prosecutor and Assistant Prosecutor

Harmonium is recruiting a prosecutor and an assistant prosecutor for the upcoming case and has informed of sizable salary for this case as well as large support from the Harmonium. Though certain limits have been placed; "We wish to have a man or woman in charge of prosecution that can relate to the common citizen. Not cold calculative machine or grudged employee." as per the words of the lead investigator Cadaveus.

As additional notation it is informed that every candidate will be given a full background check. Membership within Harmonium, Fraternity of Order and Mercykillers will be seen as major benefit, though not necessarily requirement.

Those interested will be required to have some degree in legal studies as well as previous experience with matters of laws. Lead investigator Cadaveus has informed of his interest to have discussion with every candidate before decision is to made.

Leave a letter to the Barracks with your contact information in-case you are interested of the case.

Mover Two Cadaveus

My name is Garen Seph, A9 of the Fraternity of Order. I would be most interested in participating in any capacity I am able. I am well versed with the workings of the courts, have witnessed many trials, have witnessed closed door Mercykiller proceedings, have participated in issues relating to the defendant during the Mercykiller proceedings, have drafted actual law in effect surrounding the defendants tower and hold no relationship, whether favorable or not, with the defendant.

My superiors can vouch for my ability to act in a professional manner without anger or cold attitude. While I understand the need to connect with the common man in cases like this, I must also add that my first duty is to the law and the courts. I will do my best to maintain a warmer than usual attitude so long as it does not interfere with my ability to interpret the law as it stands.

Garen writes back.

Measure Two

It was unfortunate that you were out for duty when I visited the Barracks this day. Perhaps we can try again tomorrow.
